Home > Articles > Chocolate Chia Seed PuddingChocolate Chia Seed Pudding 07/04/2016 RecipesIngredients:1/2 cup chia seeds2 cups full fat coconut milk or cream2 Tbsp cacao or cocoa powder1 Tbsp raw honey (or equivalent stevia to taste)1 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp vanilla extractCacao nibs, toasted nuts or blueberries to garnish. Method: Whisk cacao/cocoa powder into coconut milk/cream. Stir in all the other ingredients. Pour into glass bowl or 4 serving glasses. Cover and refrigerate for 4-8 hours. Sprinkle with cacao nibs, toasted nuts or blueberries and serve.
