Home > Articles > Muscle French Toast Muscle French Toast 17/05/2017 Recipes Ingredients: 2 scoops vanilla or plain protein powder 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 3-4 eggs 1/3 cup milk 4 slices of whole wheat or gluten free bread Toppings of your choices: Lemon juice and honey Fresh berries 100% fruit jam with no added sugar Mashed bananas and dark chocolate 100% Maple syrup Method: Mix eggs, protein powder, cinnamon and milk in a large bowl and whisk until blended Soak each piece of bread in the mixture for around 30 seconds Add a nob of butter to a frying pan on a medium heat. Cook each side of the bread until its slightly firm Add your topping of choice and serve.
