400g king prawns, deveined and cleaned
4 Tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried marjoram
½ tsp dried thyme
Salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste
1 small lime, cut into thick wedges
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl combine the prawns, garlic, herbs, seasoning and olive oil. Mix well.
- Spread out in a single layer in a non-stick shallow baking tray.
- Bake for 10 mins and then remove and serve hot with a drizzle of fresh lime juice.
