Spice up your Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • Corn on the Cob (as much as you can eat!)
  • Melted butter
  • Sea salt and ground pepper
  • Smoked paprika
  • Finely grated hard cheese
  • Fresh lime


Method:

  1. Bring corn cobs to a boil in a pot of salted water then simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Drain and set aside to dry.
  3. Brush the corn with melted butter and season with the sea salt and pepper.
  4. Place on the BBQ, turning the cobs once lightly toasted.
  5. Brush some of the remaining butter on the toasted cobs and sprinkle with smoked paprika and roll through the finely grated cheese.
