Drain and set aside to dry. Brush the corn with melted butter and season with the sea salt and pepper. Place on the BBQ, turning the cobs once lightly toasted. Brush some of the remaining butter on the toasted cobs and sprinkle with smoked paprika and roll through the finely grated cheese.
