Ingredients:2 oranges1 lime3 cm (1 inch) piece fresh ginger3 cm (1 inch) piece fresh turmeric1 tbsp coconut sugar (optional)1 bottle chilled sparkling mineral waterMethod:Juice citrus fruits, ginger & turmeric.Mix in coconut sugar.Serve mixed with mineral water & extra fruits if desired. Pineapple Popsicles – just two ingredients makes these popsicles easy and delicious!Ingredients:1 cup fresh pineapple, pureed2 cups plain coconut waterMethod: Fill each popsicle mold 1/3 of the way with the pineapple puree. Fill the molds the rest of the way with the coconut water. Using the handle of a spoon, stir the mixture gently inside each mold. Insert the handles or popsicle sticks into the molds. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
