Shipping and Delivery Information

Your order will be processed on the day we receive it ( up until 3:30pm NZ Time ) unless it falls on a weekend or a public holiday, in that instance it will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery throughout Australia

The majority of our Australian customers receive their orders on or around the 4-5th working day that it has been dispatched. Shipping is via New Zealand Post who state the arrival time of 3 to10 working days to the main Australian centers with an additional target time of 3 days to rural Australia.  The freight charge on orders to Australia is $6.95 New Zealand Dollars - no matter how big the order is.  Orders are fully insured and the service is extremely reliable.

Delivery throughout New Zealand

In New Zealand we use Courier Post for delivery. For most people this means next working day delivery - although if you are a rural customer then it might be 2-3 working days .

Worldwide Shipping

In addition to Australian shipments , we will ship to most places worldwide , fully insured and in most cases delivery is between 1-2 weeks. The freight cost for your shipping will vary depending on the weight of the parcel and the destination.  You can calculate freight charges on the checkout page.
