Shipping and Delivery Information

 

Your order will be processed on the day we receive it (up until 1:30pm NZ Time) unless it falls on a weekend or a public holiday, in that instance it will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.


Delivery throughout Australia

All orders to Australia (Except PO Boxes)  are sent via courier - super fast, fully tracked  (average delivery is usually 2-3 business days except WA), insured and a signature required service. We have zero customs delays as everything is pre-cleared.

Once your parcel is sent, you will receive a tracking link by email which can be used to track the progress of your order. If you are not home to sign for your parcel, the courier will leave a card-to-call and wait for you to contact them to arrange re-delivery or delivery to an alternative address.

If you don't require a signature, then please tick the 'authority to leave' box on the checkout page - otherwise please get item delivered to an address where someone will be there to receive it! (please note that if you give 'authority to leave' your parcel will no longer be covered by insurance once it has been delivered to you).

The delivery time is 2-5 business days. Orders to PO Boxes take longer (3-10 business days - usually received on 4-5th day) as they go with International Airmail which is not tracked and arrives with the regular post.

Most Australian orders except Western Australia tend to arrive in 2-3 days , but please allow the full 5 business days before contacting us (or check your tracking link to see the status).

Freight and Charges for Australia:

Freight free for all Online orders over $100NZD (Approx $78 AUD).

For all other orders a flat rate of $8.95 AU applies (this includes all Phone Orders).

You will not be charged taxes or GST on orders under $1000AUD - but please ensure that you are sending < 3 months therapeutic supply for personal use per order. One of our naturopaths on staff can help you with this. We send thousands of orders every month to all parts of Australia.

NOTE: We send thousands of orders every month to all parts of Australia - and our customs data is all sent through a computer system , so parcels are not physically examined by customs. Of Tens of thousands of orders every year - we might have one or 2 randomly stopped for inspection.

Wholesale Orders: Freight charges are based on the weight of the parcel.

 

Delivery throughout New Zealand

In New Zealand we use PBT and Courier Post for delivery. For most people this means next working day delivery - although if you are a rural customer then it might take an extra 2 working days.

Freight Charges for NZ:

Freight Free for all Online orders over $100.

For all other orders a flat rate of $6.95 NZ applies (this includes all Phone orders).

Orders are fully insured and the service is extremely reliable.

Wholesale Orders: Freight charges are based on the weight of the parcel.

 

USA Shipping

We send orders daily to USA - this is a fast air service service  (5-9 Business days expected delivery) with goods electronically submitted (to avoid any customs issues). Your parcels will be fully tracked.

Note: this is much faster than the standard postal system. Orders over $1000 may be slightly delayed as we need to organise export declarations over that amount.

 

Worldwide Shipping

In addition to USA & Australian shipments, we will ship to most places worldwide, fully insured and in most cases delivery is between 1-2 weeks (5-12 business days). The freight cost for your shipping will vary depending on the weight of the parcel and the destination.  You can calculate freight charges on the checkout page.

Please investigate your countries customs regulations and duty charges as we cannot be responsible for these.
