Recommended Dose: As a dietary supplement take one (1) vegetable capsule at bedtime, One (1) capsule when you wake, and one (1) capsule in the middle of the day, with at least eight (8) fluid ounces of water 60 minutes away from large meals or as recommended by your health care provider.
