Product Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your first time use of any product purchased from Return 2 Health ** Excluding Books & DVD's **, call (+64 9 360 5264) or email returns@return2health.net within 60 days from your initial purchase date to arrange for an exchange or full refund (Excluding shipping charges). You must call or email Return 2 Health Ltd before returning any product for a Product Return Authorisation Number. To expedite the return, the original invoice and/or packaging slip should be included with the returned products sent to the Company. After verifying the return, the Company will issue exchange or full cash refund. Allow 7 days for the exchange or refund to be processed.

Damaged goods/ Lost in transit.

We will replace any damaged goods on the return of the product.  All products are insured against loss or damage and you may be required to complete documentation for insurance purposes. The delivery service is extremely reliable and we have very few ( if any ) problems with delivery.
