There is no doubt that FiveLac helps. This was clear to me when i started with three, rather than what was suggested. I had massive Candida die off. I have taken it about 2 months, it really is magic in my honest oppinion. I was also on Nystatin tablets, which at the incorrect dose led to constant headache :-( FiveLac is great, use other broad spectrim probiotics too while on it. Sam

Didn't help as much as Syntol by Matt C

I took Fivelac for about a year to fight Candida. I had a bit of die off reaction at the beginning and Fivelac helped a bit, but I still had neck/back aches and felt in a daze. I switched to Syntol a couple of months ago and have been feeling alot better - Much more energetic and hardly any aches, plus no die off.

I've suffered from CFS for around eighteen years, and finally found Threelac earlier this year after finally working out that the CFS was caused by a yeast imbalance. Within 2 weeks (and I took only half a sachet a day for that time), my eyes were no longer itchy and sore and no longer felt like they had 'clamps' on the back of the sockets, my pruritis had eased (but not gone completely), my head was clearer and I no longer felt so exhausted all the time. I gradually increased to three sachets a day, taken together with the Oxygen Elements Max and Digestive Enzymes, and after five months I've started to decrease to see if the improvement is maintained. I'm now on Fivelac two sachets a day and doing so much more than I've been able to do in years. Thanks for this product!

I second everything that Shane said. It helped me so quickly. I had spend hundreds on trying to treat my candida through a naturopath. This replaced everything else I was on. I'm back down to 1 sachet a day, I feel great from it and I'll continue to use it permanently even though I am better.

This product has quite literally turned my life around. After suffering with a systemic candida infection for more than 12 months, I had tried everything, including the "impossible diet", with limited success. After two weeks of using Threelac, I began to feel healthy again. Switching over to Fivelac made me feel even better! I am so grateful that I have had access to this amazing product, and would recommend it to anyone who is suffering with a yeast imbalance.
