Recommended Dose: As a dietary supplement, take one or two capsules daily with a meal. After 4 - 6 weeks, increase to two capsules, twice daily. More may be taken over time if needed, then slowly reduce dose until a maintenance dose of 2 - 4 per day is reached. Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Consult with your physician before use, it you are a nursing mother, are under medical care, or are immune suppressed. |
