Home > Articles > Egg & Potato Salad Egg & Potato Salad 26/11/2015 Recipes INGREDIENTS: 6 hard-boiled eggs – diced 5 boiled potatoes – cubed 3 heaped tbsp mayonnaise 3 heaped tbsp sour cream 1 heaped tsp whole grain mustard finely diced spring onion OR chives pepper & salt to taste METHOD: Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard together and combine with the rest of the ingredients.
